Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch ‘standard delivery’ orders within 2 working days; however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. All parcels for UK addresses require a signature on delivery.

Next day delivery is with The Royal Mail Special Delivery and orders should be placed before 12.00pm to guarantee next day delivery, a signature is required on delivery.

Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and can take up to 7-14 working days to be delivered.

Delivery Options

Standard delivery

Our standard UK delivery is free when you spend over £75.00 and £4.00 for orders under £75.00.

All parcels require a signature on delivery.

We deliver our standard UK parcels using Royal Mail Registered Delivery. You should ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel at your shipping address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address. If delivery is not possible, The Royal Mail will leave a card and will wait for your reply before re-attempting delivery.

Once parcels are dispatched (usually within 2 working days of order being placed) we aim to have them with you the following day (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays).

You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.

During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale products. For any further delivery queries, please email info@goldenballs.tv

Next Day Special Delivery

You can select the next day delivery option for £6.00 at the Checkout. Please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered to ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.

All next day special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee delivery on a Saturday and orders will be delivered on the next working day. The next day delivery is a UK based service only.

Overseas Delivery

We charge £8 for delivery to EU destinations and £12 for delivery to destinations outside of the EU. Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed. Depending on your local mail carriers we are only able to track your parcel until the point it leaves the UK.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted when you shop with us but we understand that with online purchasing, you may occasionally want to return items that are not suitable. We are happy to offer a refund on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.

Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of your order, sale items can only be returned in exchange for a credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return an item

1. You will receive a receipt/invoice in your parcel. Please return this with your item and the reason for your return.
2. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
