Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your cart. By submitting your order you are offering to buy goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying those goods. We will only pass your details onto the people who we may subcontract out to do the delivery.
All online orders are confirmed by email. We will contact you by e-mail or telephone regarding any delivery delays or payment issues.
We do try to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items sell out really quickly, when this happens we try our best to offer alternatives or let you know when they will be back in. We know this can be very frustrating and we are working hard to stop this occurring. We will do our best to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability. Any dates we specify for delivery of goods are approximate and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay.
Credit Card Security
At Golden Balls, all online purchases take place safely, using the latest internet security technology to protect our customers. We accept orders only from web browsers that can use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology - this means you cannot inadvertently place an order through an unsecured connection. Most web browsers now support this.
No card details are stored or saved on the Golden Balls website.
You can pay for your order by using the following; Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo and PayPal. All card payments are authorised at the point of ordering which will require the cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number. These must match the exact details registered with the card user. We will not debit your card until your items are ready for dispatch.
Although Golden Balls will do their best to ensure the accuracy of all the information within this web site, we shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from the use of this site.
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or a supplier error we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order whether or not said order has been confirmed. In such a case we will make you aware of this and a full refund will be given, if required (errors and Omissions accepted). All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
We deliver our standard UK parcels using The Royal Mail Recorded Delivery; all parcels require a signature on delivery. We recommend that you ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at your delivery address or have the parcel delivered to a work address. Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
Once parcels are dispatched from our warehouse, they will be with you within 24 hours with Special Delivery and 48 hours with Recorded Delivery (with exception to regional or offshore address and any unforeseeable weather or traffic delays). Parcels can be tracked on The Royal Mail Website on their tracking page, using your tracking number as it appears on your confirmation of despatch email.
Orders for delivery outside the UK are sent using the Royal Mail Airsure service and may take 7-14 working days to be delivered. Please note we are unable to claim the loss of a parcel with Royal Mail until 25 days have passed.
Please allow 10 days for delivery of your order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days, however dispatch can be subject to availability and could take up to seven working days. You will be informed if we are experiencing any delays or are unable to fulfill your order for any reason. During our sale period, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. We cannot guarantee stock availability of sale product.

Once your parcel has been collected from our warehouse by The Royal Mail we will send you a confirmation email to let you know your parcel has been dispatched from the warehouse and will be with you the following day.
Next Day Special Delivery
To ensure that your order will be shipped via next day delivery, please place your order by 12noon the day before the item is to be delivered. During Sale period we are not always able to offer the next day delivery service.
All special delivery parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and are guaranteed to reach their destination by 1pm the following day. However, orders placed over the weekend or public holidays will not be processed until the next working day and delivery will be the day after that.
Please note, if an order is placed on a Friday Royal Mail cannot guarantee 100% delivery on a Saturday (although in our experience 99% of orders are delivered on Saturday) and orders will be delivered on the next working day. This is a UK based service only.

Returns /exchanges Policy & Cancellation Rights
If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don’t worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else for advice email us at firstname.lastname@example.org between 9am - 7pm weekdays and 11am - 4pm Saturdays.
We are happy to offer a refund/Exchange on any full price items returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase.
Sale items may be refunded within 7 days of receipt of order if they are sent back in perfect condition with proof of purchase. After 7 days of receipt of order, sale items can only be returned for an exchange or credit note if they are sent back in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt of order with proof of purchase. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
For a refund, fill in the returns form you received with your delivery and include it in the parcel with the item(s) that you are returning. Goods are returned to Golden Balls at your own expense. Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
